You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purpose, or in any manner that interferes with or disrupts the Service or its users.
You retain ownership of content you submit through the Service. By submitting content, you grant Hobyn Labs LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute such content solely for operating and improving the Service.
When you participate in events, certain information such as your name, contact details, and RSVP status may be shared with event hosts and other connected users for event-related purposes.
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy and Notice of Collection, which describe how we collect, use, and share personal information.
You may receive transactional, promotional, or service-related communications. You may opt out of non-essential communications as permitted by law.
Certain features may require payment or a subscription. All fees are disclosed prior to purchase and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or applicable law, or to protect the integrity of the Service.

The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, except where prohibited by law. You waive the right to participate in class actions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
